What's included

The three parts.

  • 01Six 1:1 sessions, 60 minutes, every other weekBoth partners, live on video with your coach. Your material, worked through the steps in order. Sessions are conversations about your actual week, not lectures.
  • 02The seven-module course, self-pacedOne module per step, yours for the full program and after. Watch the module before the session it belongs to; return to it whenever a step gets slippery.
  • 03Two open group calls a monthOptional, live, no hot seat. Hearing another couple work the same step teaches something a private session structurally can't.

And the part people underestimate: a written practice between every session, tied to the step you're on. About twenty minutes a week. It is the single biggest predictor of whether the method sticks.

Why every other week

The fourteen days between sessions are the assignment.

Most programs meet weekly because weekly feels like momentum. It isn't. Steps become second nature by being run on your own material — a real Tuesday, a real disagreement, with nobody coaching from the sidelines. So we meet every other week and hand you two weeks to practice, get it wrong, and bring back what happened. The gap isn't a scheduling compromise. It's the intervention.

The course

Seven modules, one per step.

Short videos and a worked example for each step, so session time goes to your situation rather than to teaching.

  1. 01

    Name the problem

How to state the real thing without opening with a charge.

  2. 02

    Find the barrier

The five F.E.R.N.S. barriers, attributions, and how to spot which one you're on.

  3. 03

    Reach the need

Translating a complaint into a request that can be answered.

  4. 04

    Extend grace

Choosing the generous read on purpose, and what to do when you can't yet.

  5. 05

    The hero question

Asking in a way that leaves your partner room for a real answer.

  6. 06

    Conscious contracting

Agreements with terms — who, what, by when, and what if not.

  7. 07

    Repair

Closing loops, and why unrepaired rupture is the thing that actually accumulates.

Week by week

How twelve weeks actually goes.

Weeks 1–4

Steps one and two. You'll spend most of this stretch learning to name a problem cleanly and identify the barrier. It feels slow and slightly clinical. It's supposed to.

Weeks 5–8

Steps three to five, where the emotional work sits. Grace and the hero question are where most couples find the thing they'd been circling for years.

Weeks 9–12

Contracting and repair, then integration. By the last session you're bringing in conversations you already handled and reviewing how, not asking what to do.

An honest boundary

Coaching is not therapy. We'd rather tell you now than in week four.

We don't diagnose, we don't treat mental-health conditions, we don't bill insurance, and nothing here is a substitute for clinical care. What we do is teach a method and hold you to practicing it.

If what you're carrying calls for a clinician, we'll say so on the Blueprint Call and help you find one. Either way you'll leave that call with a direction, whether or not you enroll. Read the full disclaimer.

The next twelve weeks are going to pass either way.

Six minutes to apply. Forty-five minutes on a call. Then you'll know.
